These terms apply when you browse sternmedafrika.com or buy from Sternmed Afrika. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Images are for illustration and packaging may change. Medical products should be used by or under the direction of trained health workers and according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Quotes, prices and orders

Prices are in Kenya shillings. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. An order is confirmed once we accept it and agree the payment terms with you. We may decline or cancel an order if stock is not available, in which case any payment made will be refunded.

Payment

Payment is made using the method agreed on your quote or at checkout. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Delivery

We will agree the delivery timeline and cost with you. Please check your goods on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything is missing or damaged.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, sterile and single use items can only be returned if they are unopened, in their original packaging and were supplied wrongly or damaged. Contact us first so we can arrange the return.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by misuse of products or by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Kenyan consumer protection law.
